1.2. The terms "client" and "clients" refers to the recipient of the work, goods or services by Alpha-Lite Productions or Jamie Oliver.
1.3. The terms "work" and "service" refer to the services or goods that Alpha-Lite Productions or Jamie Oliver has provided for the client.
1.4. Please carefully read the terms and conditions below. By accessing any part of this site or by using any of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions below (you do not have to read these terms and conditions to be bound by them). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not access this site. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any prior warning; due to this you should review this page regularly.

2.1. All content on this website including: - but not limited to – photographs, logos and text are copyrighted to Jamie Oliver, therefore these not to be downloaded or reproduced in any way, without the written permission of Jamie Oliver. All rights, not expressly granted herein, are reserved. Our copyright claim is enforced through the United Kingdom's Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and all international copyright laws and treaties. The rights of Jamie Oliver to be identified as author of this work has been asserted in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. These laws impose substantial penalties for infringement, and violators will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
2.2. If software owned by any third party, other than the client or Alpha-Lite Productions is incorporated in the work, the parties will co-operate to obtain an appropriate licence from the owner of such software. No software owned by any third party will be obtained without prior consent from both parties.
3. Functionality & Liability
3.1. Our website is provided on an "as is" basis. At times, this website may not be available or may be affected by faults or by circumstances outside our control. No warranty is given about the quality, functionality or availability of our website or any content on this website. You must not damage, interfere with or disrupt access to our website or its contained content, nor do anything that may impair functionality or interfere with another person's access to our website or its content.
3.2. To the fullest extent permitted we exclude all liability for any loss, or damage suffered by you, or any third party whether direct or indirect, incidental or consequential and howsoever arising from your use of or access to, or inability to use or access a website, including any loss of data or damage caused by viewing content from our website or by clicking any of the links to third party websites. We are not responsible or liable in any way for their content of these links.
4. Payment and Prices
4.1. Payment shall be due and payable within 30 days after the date of invoice submitted by us on completion of the work to a reasonable standard and its acceptance by the client. And shall be of the amount specified in the invoice, subject only to any variation in amount caused by a change in the work requested by the client, which shall be charged for a price that we and the client have agreed on. The amount charged by us shall be no more than that specified in the invoice provided that no services are performed by us that are not detailed in the invoice. Failure to pay on the due dates amounts properly due to the client shall entitle Alpha-Lite Productions to suspend the provision of its work and services, including (but not limited to) future support, and to terminate the agreement in accordance with section 9 of these terms and conditions.
4.2. The fixed prices stated on this website or otherwise published are subject to change without warning and Alpha-Lite Productions holds no responsibility or liability of any loss or damage that may arise from these changes. Prices offered for any special time period, discounts or promotion are only accountable for the time period stated within the promotional terms and conditions and does not affect any product or service that falls outside of these terms and conditions. The final prices stated on this website at the time of equiry are final and should the prices change it will be the responsibility of the user to check. Alpha-Lite Production's word is final about all prices stated on this website or otherwise published.
5. Delivery and Acceptance
5.1. The client will accept or reject each stage of the work (including, without limitation, the final delivery of the work) within 15 business days after notification from Alpha-Lite Productions that the relevant section of work is ready for testing in accordance with the testing procedure. The client may extend this period to a maximum of 30 business days; however, any extension may be added on to the project due date and the client liable to appropriate additional costs. If the client rejects the work it shall specify in writing the nature of any error, deficiency or inadequacy in the work (a relevant section). If the client does not specifically reject the work or any part of it within the time period referred to above, it shall be deemed to have accepted the work or the relevant part of it. Acceptance by the client does not limit the client's right in respect of errors or faults which become apparent after the testing period has finished, but which could not easily have been ascertained during testing.
5.2. Alpha-Lite Productions shall have 15 business days to correct any error, deficiency or inadequacy and submit a revised version of the work (or the relevant part of it).
5.3. Alpha-Lite Productions retains the right to use whichever technologies and or methodologies it deems appropriate at a per project level. Clients may request the inclusion and/or exclusion of a particular technology and/or methodology and Alpha-Lite Productions will assess the impact of such a request and may or may not change any contract based on the outcome of assessing such a request. The responsibility to obtain details of the technology and or methodologies to be used is solely with the client do not as a matter of course include such details in client project documentation.
5.4. Alpha-Lite Productions use accepted well known technologies to produce solutions. By entering into a contract with Alpha-Lite Productions the client agrees to the chosen technologies and/or methodologies being part of or the whole solution. Any request for changes to technologies and/or methodologies used as part of the solution must be discussed and agreed with Alpha-Lite Productions. Once the project has begun development, any changes to the technology and/or methodology changes will incur significant cost to the client.
5.5. The deliverables for the project will be the source code and object code in all software and together with all other materials delivered within agreement of Alpha-Lite Productions and the client.
6. Confidentialy
6.1. Each party will at all times keep confidential and will not copy, reproduce, publish, disseminate or otherwise disclose, without the prior written consent of the other, any business, systems or other confidential information of the other party (including but not limited to any non-public information of that other party relating to its software, data, systems, trade secrets, product plans, designs, ideas, concepts, costs, prices, finances, marketing plans, business opportunities, research and development and other know how)
or the terms of this Agreement or use any such information other than for the purposes contemplated by this Agreement (except that each party may disclose such information to those of its employees, agents and permitted sub-contractors who have entered into appropriate confidentiality agreements or to any such party as may be required by law or to a regulating authority).
7. Privacy
7.1. This website uses cookies to track usage and ensure we deliver the very best browsing experience. When contacting us either through the telephone, e-mail or writing or via our contact form we do retain certain information for future use. This could be regarding any queries or bookings or for future promotional use. Any promotional use will be solely by Jamie Oliver and we would never pass your details on to any other person or organisation except where we are required to do so by law. When accessing this website and when submitting content or messages via the contact form on this website, you agree that your Internet Protocol (IP) address will be record alongside your details which will be used for website statistics and used within measures to reduce spam and malicious content. Details about your browser and operating system will also be recorded for statistic purposes and in no way can the data be tracked back to you.
7.2. The third party links contained within this website link to other website which are outside our control and are not covered by our Terms and Conditions. If you access other websites using the links provided, the operators of these sites may collect information from you which will be used by them in accordance with their terms and conditions which may differ from ours.

9.1.
