I’m currently considering getting a gorillapod as a portable and lightweight alternative to a full tripod. See HERE.

Does anyone have one of these, or tried one? Are they worth it? You can get them off Ebay for about £10, which doesn’t seem too bad at all.

I should hopefully be getting a Canon 300D/Digital Rebel dSLR camera soon, and I want to know if if only the SLR one would be enough, as the website suggests I get a SLR-Zoom one. Suggestions anyone?

UPDATE: Hopefully, someone should be getting me a cheap and lightweight tripod for £7. I don’t expect it will be that amazing, but it should be ok for what I will probably use it for.

Hey everyone. I have finally just about finished the site, so I should hopefully be starting to post more often in the future. The main styling of the website is finished (just a few small tweaks here and there) and everything is all updated and up-and-running. I just need to add some stuff to my work/projects page when I finally have some, and some links need added also. I don’t suppose many people will look at my site, nor do I expect any of my posts will be that interesting, but nevertheless, here it is. Not much to talk about yet, but it was my birthday last week and I have had a new Thermaltake Shark case (see, My Rig) and an R4 Revolution for my DS.

Anyway, please feel free to drop me a comment about anything, and let me know if you find anything wrong on the website so I can have a look into fixing it. Keep an eye on things to come, cheers.
